Join us early to take part in all the great activities before the walk begins!
9:00 AM – Event Opens
- Visit activity booths: Kids Zone, Team Photos, Silent Auction,
- Buy your 50/50 or raffle tickets
- Get settled and enjoy the community atmosphere!
10:15 AM – Pre-Walk Announcements
- Speeches & Recognitions
10:30 AM – The Walk Begins!
- Join us for a warm-up
- Walk kicks off with the sound of the horn!
11:30 AM – BBQ Lunch Begins
- Grab a bite and relax after your walk
11:45 AM – Last Call for Fundraising & Ticket Sales
12:00 PM – Prize Time!
- 50/50 draw, auction & raffle winners announced
- Prize pickup and payment
12:30 PM – Event Wrap-Up & Close
